Resin Disclaimers:
Due to the nature of the product, each resin piece is handmade, unique, and may have small imperfections such as small bubbles or dust particles that have occurred during the drying stage.
By choosing Rockpaperesin to preserve your bouquet, you are entrusting their design and artistic process in the creation of your items. All final pieces are considered functional art pieces that are perfectly imperfect.
While Rockpaperesin uses high quality resin, it is recommended that you follow the product care instructions, keeping pieces out of direct sunlight, using proper cleaning tools, and avoiding certain liquid exposure.
Flower Disclaimers:
- Fresh flowers MUST be dropped off no more than 5 days after your wedding/event. Certain flowers will begin browning and fading sooner than others, so it is imperative the drying process begins immediately.
- Your bouquet may not be used in its entirety in the preservation process depending on the size of bouquet and the number of items in your order.
- You will not receive any unused flowers back, as Rockpaperesin only saves what is needed to use for your order.
- During the drying and preservation process, flowers are subject to slight change as far as shrinking in size, wilting, and slight discoloration, as these are natural causes that cannot always be avoided.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations or changes to your order can ONLY be made before we receive your bouquet. Once your bouquet is in our possession, we can no longer cancel the order, as the drying process will begin immediately. You can, of course, add more items to your order, but this needs to be done ASAP to ensure the layout of flowers is sufficient. Due to the custom nature of the order, no refunds will be given once an order has begun.
Pickup of Orders:
Once your order is complete and ready for pickup, we will notify you via email. Orders MUST be picked up no more than one month after initial notification that the order is ready. After one month if no pickup date has been established, your order will be forfeited.
